About the Author
Kevin Ryan is the co-editor of the Journal of 9/11 Studies and a whistleblower from Underwriters Laboratories. He has contributed to many books and scientific articles on the subject of 9/11, and has made presentations around the U.S. and Canada. He has appeared on National Public Radio, Air America Radio, Pacifica Radio, C-SPAN Book TV, Free Speech TV, and Colorado Public Television.

A far more honest and believable investigation than the 9/11 Commission Report

This book provides over 300 pages of mind-blowing connections and coincidences of which the US government didn't bother to bat an eye lash at. If the 9/11 [C]ommission Report had based its tale on evidence rather than torture testimony, it may have found some truth. Kevin Ryan's research required no water-boarding, and so we should have a bit more trust in it than what the government gave us by bringing the man behind the Iran-Contra investigation (Lee Hamilton) to serve as vice chairman of the 9/11 whitewash. No one so much as lost their job as a consequence of horribly failing us on 9/11, and Bush/Cheney were never forced to testify on the record. Real patriots like Ryan are doing their best to keep the truth from being taken out of our historical account and conscience. Couple that with Ryan's previous involvement with the obvious discrepancies between Underwriters Laboratories and NIST, as well as his work on several scientific papers detailing the disturbing evidence found in the WTC dust, and it becomes quite clear that we were not given the full story.

A Masterpiece of Deep Reporting

How much do you know about Vice President Dick Cheney, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, Frank Carlucci of the Carlyle Group, Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage, FBI Director Louis Freeh, CIA Director George Tenet, "Counterterrorism Czar" Richard Clarke, FAA hijack coordinator Michael Canavan, FAA Command Center operations manager Benedict Sliney, General Ralph Eberhart of NORAD, Carl Truscott of the Secret Service, former CIA Director John Deutch, Undersecretary of Defense John Hamre, Deputy Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitiz, Peter Janson of AMEC Construction, Iraq Occupation Governor L. Paul Bremer, National Commission on Terrorism Advisor Brian Michael Jenkins, Wirt Walker of KuwAm Corp., Barry McDaniel of Stratesec, New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Duane Andrews of SAIC, Congressman Porter Goss (That's more than 19, and there are actually more mentioned in the book.)
Do you know about Richard Clarke's close ties with the United Arab Emirates? Did you know that L. Paul Bremer's parent company occupied the exact floors where the North Tower was struck by Flight 11, or that another company Bremer directed patented a thermite demolition device? This book provides extensive background on many key individuals and connects the dots. A common objection to the idea of insider participation in 9/11 is that people cannot imagine Americans who would actually do such a thing. This book makes insider participation much more understandable and believable. The result is not to close the book on who did 9/11; it rather opens the book, exposes the players, and calls for a real investigation. It is a masterpiece of deep reporting.

Absolutely mind-blowing!

After 9/11 the US government added insult to injury by giving the world a preposterous fairy tale to explain that day's events. And that utterly implausible account is now presented to the public at the 9/11 Museum, which displays Pentagon attack videos that mysteriously fail to show a plane's impact, and an alleged hijacker's ID card that was found at the site where Flight 93 "tunneled" into the ground in Shanksville, PA.
By presenting a serious examination of individuals who are likely to have organized and orchestrated the attacks, Kevin Robert Ryan's Another Nineteen helps readers make sense of what happened on 9/11, and understand why it happened.
What I found particularly disturbing were Ryan's revelations that there were probably dozens of high-level culprits, and that they probably spent many years planning and preparing for 9/11.
One of Ryan's most important points comes at the end of the book: "Since 9/11, the actions taken to protect the public from terrorism cannot be distinguished from actions that would be taken to protect governments, and the wealthiest of their sponsors, from the public."
I recommend Another Nineteen to anyone who wants to understand who was really behind 9/11.
